Set The Stage

Hey everyone, Chris here! I wanted to share my thoughts on esports at All In One Gaming Generation. As the CEO, my mind is constantly focused on how we can grow, serve, and turn this dream into a reality. These thoughts consume me daily, and while it's tough, I absolutely love it. I love finding ways to help our players enjoy the games we cherish even more while also inspiring the dream of becoming a professional gamer. I truly believe this is a real possibility—a chance to have a full-time career playing games, breaking free from the 9-to-5 grind we all endure to pay the bills. This wasn’t our original goal when we started three years ago in a friend’s mom’s basement, but as we’ve worked with you all, our vision has evolved. Making a positive impact on people’s lives is what drives me to put in extra hours every day after work, hoping this company will help someone achieve their dream. So we will be explaining where i am going to take Esports and all i have to say is we will work at it and hope it works.... and if it does not we will pivot and find another way to serve you all in this industry.

The Struggles: The Honest Truth

It has been hard finding consitent teams and players to join each week, To say the least it is not the teams or players fault it is ours. We currently lack the marketing skills to bring in a consitient crowd of players and a steady stream of new players for when older teams in the community phase out. This is mostly attributed to just not enough Hrs in a day, there are so many other things that go on in the background as we continue to diversify the business to help support this goal time must be slotted into these area to help the overall shindig grow. We have been going the route of putting flyers out and hoping the players find the intrest and join us on their own and to be honest this is not the way anymore. We will still be putting flyers out because we do get some players to join but not enough for what we are trying to do. So we have a solution! beacuse thats my job to solve the problems and help us all prosper!!!

The Vision: Current Solution

We are directly reaching out to organizations and teams. We're venturing into this scene filled with casual players and speculators to find the teams and organizations that are eager for what we offer and share our vision. Initially, we were content with getting one player to join and building our own team just to make events happen. However, with this new approach, we aim to eliminate that necessity, allowing us to focus on improving event streaming and videos, giving teams the recognition they deserve for their daily efforts to grow with their teammates. With this strategy, we have the events ready and only need the players.

Weeklies: Weekly events will keep players practicing and improving, preparing teams for our monthlies, quarterlies, and year-end finals.

Monthlies: These events, tied to the ranking system, will feature cash prizes to help teams generate some revenue.

Quarterlies: Larger monthly events that will further help players qualify for our year-end finals.

Finals: The best and most dedicated teams in North America will gather to prove that this dream can become a reality.

Our ranking system focuses exclusively on North American teams and players because we want to prioritize supporting our region. It’s designed to highlight the best talent while also creating a platform for organizations and teams to scout players they might want to recruit. The ultimate goal is to give players the recognition they need to advance their careers and compete with the best at every stage.

Our focus will be on Overwatch 2 and League of Legends. We’ll continue or adapt based on the community we build and the demand for each game. I hope you can join us on this journey as we aim to grow from a dream to a side hustle and eventually a full-fledged career. We’re committed to supporting you every step of the way.
