2025 Review

This year has been, without question, the most meaningful and productive year we have had since starting this journey.

I want to sincerely thank every single person who showed up — whether it was for our 3 team Overwatch, and League of Legends tournaments ha ha, Or our Shadowverse events weither it be worlds beyond or evolve. Your support and commitment to coming each week are what transformed this year from a plan on paper into a living, growing community and helped validate the idea that this can happen.

Looking back, 2025 was a year of deep learning and iteration. We tested, adjusted, and refined what it truly takes to turn our long-term vision — developing professional-level competitors — into something that is doable. We experimented with event structures, refined our leagues and tournament formats, and remained relentlessly focused on the growth of our competitive players by simply not giving up. There were many time i have questioned myself in the day for making events and advertizing them for weeks to get noone to show up to just not continue doing it all but the lord had a vision for us and i just am going to continue to follow just as we did this year.

The insights we now carry forward were not accidental. They were earned through:

• Hundreds of hours of strategic planning and reflection

• Over 40 consistently hosted Shadowverse locals

• Countless conversations and experiences with incredible players along the way

Because of that work, we now have a far more clearer blueprint for how AIOGG must evolve going forward.

As we move into next year, our objective is simple:
Do everything better while adding onto the process.

Better events.
Better softwares systems.
Stronger competitive pathways.
A healthier, bigger and more focused community.

Our mission remains unchanged — to build a community rooted in improvement, discipline, and growth, within gaming in hopes the learnings you get from us can allow you to win in every area of your life. We firmly believe gaming can be a powerful tool for personal development, leadership, and long-term success, and we are committed to continuing to prove that every day.

2026 Plan

Events

Shadowverse Locals

Our weekly Shadowverse locals are the foundation of our events currently — and that is not changing.

Your consistent support and turnout have made these events something truly special, and because of that, locals will continue every week just as they have this year.

That said, we are making several important improvements in 2026:

1. Stronger Prizing
We are committed to offering better overall prizing, including improved promos and more desirable cards. And hopefully some more meaningful items such as badges and accolades for our winners. it has been hard to source good cards and with no disto and few stores in the area it is also hard to get some of the sets sometimes but i hope this year we can get distro access or a third party way of getting more product for you all. Let us know what you would like to see im always around to hear in the discord

2. Competitive Tracking & Player Development
We will be bringing back:

• Ranking points

• Tournament data for videos and you all

All of this will feed directly into our in-house tournament software, which is currently in development. Locals will be the first event series to fully transition into that system as we move away from third-party platforms like Start.gg. We want to track perfomance each week and have the results on our software, for the timeline for the software i am hoping by Q2 we will have a working system that you all can make a account for and use every week but we are working at the speed of cash for that because if we rush it will not be done correctly i can guarantee that lol. Oh and the name of the software will be SKILLDIFF.

3. Growth & Marketing Focus
Where we fell short this year was in attracting new competitive players and marketing our locals effectively. In 2026, we will be placing a much stronger emphasis on bringing in players who are serious about improving and competing at a high level. We will be doing it mainly on YT with guides and more variety content, hopefully this will bring in more people to join the locals and our leagues and hopefully go back to worlds beyond and other games slowly.

At the same time, locals will continue to serve an important dual role:

• A training ground for competitive players

• A welcoming entry point where casual players can experience structured competitive play

Locals are working. They matter. And we are investing more into them than ever before.

With better prizing, improved competitive tracking, new software infrastructure, and stronger outreach, our locals in 2026 will be the most complete and valuable version we have ever offered.

Coaching

Ascended - League Of Legends

This year we have coached some playes to their desired rank and now we want to take that and litterally run with it. We are starting with league because i myself and addicted... sike nah i just know the most about it lol.

At the core of this project is our new coaching platform — a centralized software system that will house:

• All of our educational courses

• Our complete coaching programs

• Player progression tracking and long-term development tools

This platform is designed to give players everything they need to improve: structured learning, direct access to professional-level coaching, and a clear pathway forward.

We are partnering with Challenger-level coaches who have years of experience developing competitive players. Our goal is not simply to help players climb in ranked — but to identify, develop, and support those who are serious about pursuing esports or just goals they have and want to acheive in gaming.

As players progress through coaching, those who demonstrate commitment and potential will be invited into our esports events ecosystem, continuing the full development pipeline we are building toward creating professional competitors.

We will begin by focusing on Jungle players, then systematically expand into the remaining four roles. Our long-term objective is to become the premier development system for North American players — offering a legitimate, sustainable pathway from solo queue to structured competition, team play, and organizational opportunities.

This initiative is the primary focus for Q1.

To ensure the system launches at the highest possible standard, we are opening a limited test phase at a discounted rate. If you are interested in participating, please contact myself or Sparta — we would be glad to bring you in early and build this alongside you.

Following the League of Legends rollout, we intend to expand this development model into additional competitive titles — including card games such as Shadowverse and Dragon Ball Super — with the long-term goal of supporting as many competitive communities as possible under one unified system.

Products

TCG Sales, Products & Community Support

Card sales have been one of the primary ways we have kept the organization running this year, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us by purchasing through TCGplayer and our website. Your trust and support have litterally kept me going everyday.

In 2026, our goal is to deliver Decks and better singles and just get better and sourcing and providing.

Singles & Pre-Built Decks

We will be making a major push to:

• Keep our inventory updated with new releases as consistently as possible

• Offer complete, ready-to-play decks so players no longer need to order cards from 10 random sellers on ebay and tcg player to get one meta deck we want to be the place you go to when you think of making a deck.

This effort will focus on:

• Pokémon

• Dragon Ball Super

• Shadowverse

We are still moving at the speed of cash, but our intention is to stay as current as possible with new sets and releases. All of this remains aligned with our broader mission: providing players with everything they need to compete at a high level.

Branded Competitive Products & Merch

Our long-term product vision extends beyond cards. We also plan to introduce:

• Branded deck boxes

• Other essential TCG accessories such as playmats and status markers

• Potential merch

These product are planned for Q4, while our singles and deck offerings will be a consistent focus throughout all of 2026.

Storefront Expansion & Community Discounts

We are also working toward expanding our online store beyond event sign-ups and locals. In the coming year, we intend to:

• List higher-value cards directly on our store

• Offer them at community-friendly pricing, giving our members access to desirable cards at meaningful discounts from TCGplayer and Ebay
